Anymore, the days of Tribes one, seem to be a mixture of "Reviving" and "Moarning".

The fact that Tribes One still has servers, still has players, still has frags. Keeps the "hope" of revival in peoples minds.

Today I would like to share a very heart warming video in the memory of Dynamix, and what Tribes One "could have been". It remains in my mind daily, "what if Sierra showed more support?"

Every player who plays recommends it, and every clan supports it. There are several different versions of Tribes available, so many edits, so many configs. Downloads upon downloads have been added to the interwebs over the past 15 years, so please, try one of these edits out.

Calling out all who would like to kill some time on the weekends or at night.

Tribes is fun, we all know this. So why not play it more often? Sadly yes, most of the good mods have died off and we are left with the good original version, "base" and Annihilation.

Base is excellent if you are interested in having a quick basic capture the flag or "LT" style gameplay. Most of the maps consist nothing more than terrain and a few buildings. Your spawn armor is light, your weapons are Chaingun, Disc Launcher and Grenade Launcher, you have a flag, your enemy has a flag. The rest is up to you.

Well it seems that GameSpy is closing its doors. A lot of our popular games will be losing its built in server browser. To find a custom server browser or explanation on how to manually add servers to your favorites list (at least for Tribes Vengeance) see the links below.

Games such as; Halo, Far Cry, Crisis, Arma 1 & Arma 2, Unreal Tournament, TRIBES VENGEANCE, and Saints Row 2.
